Returns? No problem – we're happy to make it easy for you
Is your order not quite what you expected and would you like your money back? No worries – at inSilk we believe it's important that you are satisfied. You always have 30 days to think it over to calmly decide whether you want to keep your order.
We ask you to return the item in its original condition – so not washed, unworn (bedding unslept in), without damage or excessive wrinkles and preferably in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Trying on is of course allowed, except for briefs and underwear.
Return address
You can send your return to:
Pack the return shipment well, so that your item arrives at our premises in good condition. Should something not be entirely in order, our customer service will contact you.
Return form
To prevent paper waste, we don't include a return form in the box. Tip: note on the enclosed packing slip which items you are returning and include this with your return shipment. This way we immediately know who the package is from and which items you are returning – convenient and quickly processed.
Money back? Of course!
With a return or cancellation you always receive the full purchase amount back quickly. Fair and pleasant.
Warranty
Do you have a problem with your item or do you think there is a manufacturing defect? Of course you can count on the quality of our products. Read more about the warranty on your purchases.
Return and credit period
The consumer has 30 days to think it over after the day of receipt of the product. From the moment of cancellation, they must return the purchase within 14 days. The amount will be refunded within 14 days after notification of the cancellation and/or return.
Refund with same payment method
In case of cancellation or return, the purchase amount is refunded using the same payment method.
