In order to apply for our client satisfaction guarantee, we kindly request you to contact us within 30 days after reception of your order.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
• Underwear/lingerie like briefs, tanga's, strings/thongs;
• Incomplete, damaged and/or used products;
• Products that have already been washed;

When returning the products, please use sufficient postage fee and pack them properly.
In case of a return, we will refund the amount of the purchase price as soon as possible (within 14 days at most).
