All items you purchase from inSilk are covered by statutory warranty. This means that a product must function properly under normal use. In addition to statutory warranty, the expected lifespan of the item also plays a role.
Was the item delivered defective?
Please contact us immediately after receiving your order. Our customer service team is ready to assist you and will provide a quick and appropriate solution.
Does the item break during use?
Then statutory warranty applies. In that case, we will look for an appropriate solution, such as a free repair or replacement of the item.
Please note: damage caused by use – such as stains, pilling, shine or tears – is not covered by warranty. Normal wear and tear is also excluded from coverage.
