Are you as crazy about your silk as we are? Then of course you want to keep your silk items in top condition! With these simple tips, your silk stays radiant and soft:
Washing: gentle and cool
- Choose the silk or delicate wash program, max 30°C
- Use a mild detergent, specially for silk or delicate fabrics
Drying and ironing: gentle is the magic word
- Lay the silk flat or hang it to dry, always away from direct sunlight
- Iron silk carefully on the lowest setting
What you better not do
- Bleach? Sorry, that's too aggressive for the silk fibers
- The dryer is absolutely taboo for silk
- Dry cleaning? Rather not!
